| Description: | FT (Monday - Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, occasional evenings and weekends) Human Resources Generalist position available at a St. Paul non-profit providing services to persons with mental illness. |
| Duties: | This position has a primary focus on employee relations. The employee will provide consultation to management on a broad range of legal, policy, procedural, and organizational compliance matters. The work includes development of HR training programs, implementation of the affirmative action plan, EEO compliance, performance management, employee development, and recognition. This position requires significant flexibility and the willingness to regularly help out in all HR functions including new hire on-boarding, policy development, filing, process improvements, and backing up other HR team members. |
| Qualifications: | Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field to work in an HR department at a growing non-profit, HR experience including training, responding to complaints, and process improvements, valid drivers license and reliable vehicle to travel to all of our programs across the five county metro area. |
