| Description: | FT (various FT hours including weekends, primarily evening hours) Mental Health Rehab Worker position available at an adult foster care home for deaf, hard of hearing, or blind adults who experience mental illness in Minneapolis. |
| Duties: | The primary responsibility of this individual will be to provide supervision to residents in the residential program within the guidelines of their Individual Treatment Plan. Mental Health Rehab Workers will oversee preparation of meals, supervise meal times, chores, personal hygiene, leisure activities and behavioral programs. |
| Qualifications: | High school diploma, fluency in ASL, and 2 years adult foster care experience required. Bachelor�s degree in human service field preferred. |
