| Description: | FT (Monday - Friday 8:00 am � 5:00 pm, occasional evenings and weekends) Help Desk Support Specialist position available at a St. Paul non-profit providing services to persons with mental illness. |
| Duties: | This position will provide agency-wide technical support for hardware and software related problems including field incoming help requests, access software updates, and frequently asked questions resources and document issues and resolutions. |
| Qualifications: | Requirements include a high school education or equivalent, ability to diagnose and repair computer hardware, minimum 1 year experience with Windows desktop operating systems in a domain environment, and valid drivers license and vehicle. Associates degree in computer related field, MCDST, A+ preferred. |
