| Description: | PT with potential to become FT (16-20 hours/week between M-F 8am-5pm) Housing Specialist position available at a program that assists homeless adults with mental illness, transition into permanent housing. |
| Duties: | The purpose of this position is to support clients in obtaining and maintaining their housing in a positive and healthy manner. The staff person will help the client develop and sustain the practical skills needed to maintain permanent housing. |
| Qualifications: | Bachelor�s Degree in Social Services Field or equivalent life experience, direct work experience with individuals who have experienced homelessness required. |
