| Description: | FT (11:00 am - 7:30 pm) Rehabilitation Supervisor position available at a crisis residence in Minneapolis. |
| Duties: | This position provides on-site supervision, selection, scheduling, training and evaluation of assigned staff including Mental Health Rehab Workers and Mental Health Practitioners. Additionally, the Rehabilitation Supervisor will provide treatment interventions to all recipients in accordance with the recipient�s treatment plan as well as promote, encourage, and train clients in the skills necessary to gain independent living status. |
| Qualifications: | Requirements include a Master�s degree in human services or related field and 4000 hours of experience in the delivery of services to persons with mental illness. Supervisory and/or Leadership experience preferred. |
