| Description: | FT/PT (Monday � Friday 8:00 am - 4:30) Case Manager position available in Ramsey County. |
| Duties: | This position will provide direct comprehensive case management services to individuals who are Deaf and Hard of Hearing assigned to a caseload and to provide services equivalent to those services available to all hearing individuals of the Adult Protection and Mental Health Units of the Ramsey County Community Human Services Department (RCCHS). |
| Qualifications: | Requirements include a Bachelor�s degree in human services field, 2000 hours experience with adults with mental illness, fluency in ASL and a valid driver�s license. Case management experience preferred. |
