| Description: | PT, on-call Mental Health Therapist II position available, providing School-Linked services and family therapy based out of our Golden Valley office. |
| Duties: | This person will provide individual and family therapy, support various treatment teams by assessing therapeutic needs of children and develop treatment plans. |
| Qualifications: | Requires ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with school personnel regarding referred youth.
Requirements include a Masters degree and valid licensure in Psychology, Social Work, or equivalent. Preferred licensure as LICSW, LMFT, LP or LPCC, but will consider Practitioner with significant experience and skills sets. Previous experience with children, adolescents and families strongly preferred. A reliable car and good driving record are also required. |
