| Description: | PT (every weekend 12pm - 8:30pm) Mental Health Practitioner I position available at a metro area crisis residence. |
| Duties: | This position provides skill development training in: socialization, problem solving, self awareness/awareness of others, mental health/chemical health management, chore management, medication supervision, leisure and recreational skills, and transportation, during the evening and weekend shifts in conjunction with the Support Specialists and Mental Health Practitioners. The staff person provides instruction, modeling and feedback in the area of supportive living skills and role models the needed chores involving the clients in these activities. |
| Qualifications: | Requirements include a Bachelors degree in Social Work, Psychology or related field and 4,000 hours of experience working with people with mental illness, or 6,000 hours of supervised experience in the delivery of services to people with mental illness. A reliable car and good driving record are also required. |
