| Description: | FT or PT (Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm) Clinical Supervisor position available in our Case Management Services Division. |
| Duties: | The Clinical Supervisor oversees the management of case management services and the staff. Provides supervision of staff that includes hiring, training and evaluation of staff. Provides leadership in establishing working relationships with key stakeholders and organizations to maximize public awareness of case management services; interfaces with County planning and services staff, providing information about service effectiveness and facilitating maximum coordination with County and other provider agencies. Completes Diagnostic Assessments and provides coverage for case management staff. Collaborates with the Program Manager and Division Director to identify program needs and solve problems. |
| Qualifications: | To qualify for this position you must have at least a Masters Degree in a Human Services field with a minimum of two years of direct service experience and a working knowledge of how community support services are provided. Must be a Licensed Mental Health Professional - LICSW, LMFT, LPCC or LP. A reliable car and good driving record are also required. Experience with Adult Mental Health Targeted Case Management and previous supervisory experience desired. |
