| Description: | We have a full-time Program Supervisor position open in our Project SAIL program in the Homeless Services Division. Typical hours are Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 5:00 pm. |
| Duties: | This position provides supervision and leadership of Case Managers in the SAIL program. This includes hiring, scheduling, training and evaluation of staff. This role also ensures that staff follow all program policies and procedures and interact with Clients in a manner consistent with Homeless Services� program philosophy. Assists clients with finding and maintaining affordable housing, solving problems and accessing community services. Encourages and enables clients to complete tasks related to their goals for health, shelter and other basic needs and life skills. Coordinates the completion of quarterly and other reports as required by the state and other funders. |
| Qualifications: | Requirements include LICSW and direct work experience with individuals who have experienced homelessness and mental illness.
TCM Case Management, supervision and development of staff prefered. |
