| Description: | PT (every other Saturday & Sunday 4:00 pm - 10:30 pm) Support Specialist position available at a Minneapolis short-term residential psychiatric crisis services program. |
| Duties: | This position will provide support and supervision of clients living in the program within the guidelines of each client's Active Treatment Plan. This person must be able to be an active listener while assisting clients with problem solving, participate in living skills, work, education recreational activities and medication management. This person will also participate in tasks related to basic house maintenance, cleaning, record keeping and related functions. |
| Qualifications: | To qualify for this position you must have a minimum of a high school diploma or Associate's degree and two years experience in providing services to persons with mental illness or developmental disabilities. A reliable car and good driving record are also required. A Bachelors degree in human services or related field with a minimum 2 years experience desired. |
