| Description: | PT (Saturday and Sunday 3:15 pm � 11:15 pm) Mental Health Rehab Worker position available at a Washington County Adult Foster Care program. |
| Duties: | This position will provide direct services to the recipients of the adult foster home. Responsibilities will include assisting the recipients in developing independent living skills in the following areas: grocery shopping and cooking, medication, and other activities of daily living. This position will be knowledgeable about the recipient�s mental health status, physical functioning, vulnerabilities, and strengths. |
| Qualifications: | To qualify for this position your must have a HS diploma or equivalent, have at least 1 year experience working with people with SPMI and a clean driving record. |
