| Description: | FT LPN position (Monday - Friday 10:00 - 6:00 �but with flexibility for hours. Position could encompass occasional weekend or evening float hours) available for shared LPN duties across 2 crisis programs, serving clients with co-occurring chemical dependency and mental illness with needs for mental health stabilization. |
| Duties: | The primary responsibilities include clinical practical nursing duties as indicated in the LPN scope of practice, including but not limited to: observation, tracking, medication/injection administration, education and documentation as per required of an LPN, serving recipients with mental illness and chemical dependency; ability to communicate effectively with mental and physical health providers and Registered Nurses; ability to assist with unlicensed personnel oversight; ability to educate staff and recipients related to mental and physical health symptom management; flexibility with float coverage to programs within the Treatment Services Division, as needed. |
| Qualifications: | To qualify for this position you must have a current LPN license in Minnesota. Experience working with individuals with mental illness and chemical dependency is desired. |
