| Description: | FT (Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm) Clinical Supervisor position available in our Treatment Services Division. |
| Duties: | The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for the selection, clinical supervision and training for the Intensive Residential Treatment Programs. They supervise the development, modification, and implementation of the recipient’s ITP and the service components provided by the program. Provides direct services, by providing one on one counseling sessions and group facilitation when needed. Oversees the implementation of the evidence-based practices; assures documents and medical records are maintained in accordance with Medicaid standards. |
| Qualifications: | You must be a Licensed Mental Health Professional -LPCC, LICSW, LMFT, or LP required.
4000 hours of clinical supervisory experience in the delivery of services to individuals with severe and persistent mental illness, high knowledge in CBT, motivational interviewing, person centered care, and harm reduction approaches desired.
