| Description: | PT (every other Saturday and Sunday 12:00 am - 8:30 am) Mental Health Rehab Workers position available at an Adult Foster Care program in Dakota County. |
| Duties: | Primary duties of this position include: providing support and supervision of clients living in the program within the guidelines of each client's Goal Plan, Emergency Plan and Risk Management Plan, ability to be an active listener, assisting clients with problem solving and daily concern and participating in ILS supervision and education, recreational activities and medication management. Logging of observed behaviors and documentation of all progress is also required. Participates in tasks related to basic house maintenance, cleaning, record keeping and related functions. |
| Qualifications: | To qualify for this position you must have a HS Diploma or equivalent, be at least 21 years old, previous training in mental health and further education or experience in mental health. Associates degree desired. |
