| Description: | PT (evenings and weekends) Mental Health Practitioner position available at a Dakota County Adult Foster Care program. |
| Duties: | Primary duties of this position include: providing support and supervision of clients living in the program within the guidelines of each client's Goal Plan, Emergency Plan and Risk Management Plan, ability to be an active listener, assisting clients with problem solving and daily concern and participating in ILS supervision and education, recreational activities and medication management. Logging of observed behaviors and documentation of all progress is also required. Participates in tasks related to basic house maintenance, cleaning, record keeping and related functions. The MHP may facilitate group sessions as directed by the Program Manager. |
| Qualifications: | To qualify for this position your must have a Bachelor�s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related field and 2,000 hours of supervised experience in the treatment of mental illness. |
