| Description: | PT (On-call as needed day and evenings weekdays and weekends) Mental Health Practitioner position available at an adult foster care program in Blaine. |
| Duties: | The MHP assists clients in daily living tasks necessary to maintain adequate health and safety in the community such as: assistance with meal planning, nutrition, hygiene money management and other ILS skills. The MHP oversees the needs of participants� medical and psychiatric issues. The MHP is responsible for data collection, writing of plans and for completing all paperwork required for billing or auditing purposes. |
| Qualifications: | Requirements include a Bachelors degree in Human Services, group experience, and two years supervised experience working in human services required. Must have reliable vehicle and clean driving record. Additional work experience with persons with severe and persistent mental illness desired. |
